Casilan 90 is an almost pure protein for high protein diets. Ideal for body builders, athletes and active exercisers. Efficiently digested and absorbed. Helps build muscles and rebuild body tissue. Instruction

Mix 2 heaped dessert spoonfuls (16g) of Casilan 90 with 1/2 pint of cold milk or water. Add the powder to approximately half the liquid in a cup or mug and whisk to a smooth cream with a fork. Top up remaining milk or water stirring all the time. Alternatively use a blender or shaker for 15 seconds. For a tasty drink, add drinking chocolate or milk shake flavouring. Casilan 90 has a naturally plain flavour, so can be added to most types of food. Sprinkle on breakfast cereals or porridge; add to soups, stews, gravies and cakes. Do not mix directly with very hot liquids or foods. Casilan 90 is most effective when consumed 1-2 times daily, either before or after workout, at meal times or as a drink during the day.
